TERMS & RESOURCES / REVIEW DRAFT

Website & document terms

Responsible use of the site, electronic materials and online tools.

Draft for legal review · Not in force.
These proposed terms must be approved by qualified transportation counsel and aligned with Howl’s legal entity, operating jurisdiction, insurance and signed contracts before use. They do not amend existing agreements or remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Version 0.2 · October 18, 2026 · No effective date

01Website purpose

This website presents Howl Transportation’s brand, road freight offering and online portal. Information is provided to start a business conversation. It does not establish availability, operating authority, employment, insurance coverage, guaranteed transit or a shipment contract.

02Use of the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another party, submit malicious content, interfere with service or use another person’s information without authority. Third-party rights and applicable accessibility and consumer protections remain unaffected.

03Content and imagery

The Howl logo is supplied brand material. The highway hero uses generated concept artwork. Service photos use credited third-party imagery and do not depict equipment owned by Howl. Service descriptions are categories of enquiry. No client endorsements, fleet counts, safety ratings or certifications are claimed unless independently verified and expressly added.

04Electronic messages and acceptance

Email drafts and downloadable summaries are conveniences. You must review and send the email yourself; no website message confirms delivery to Howl. Electronic contract acceptance requires an appropriate process identifying the parties and exact terms accepted. A driver-interest checkbox is not an electronic signature on an employment agreement.

05Shipping documents

Shipping documents must accurately state the parties, shipment and instructions. The BOL builder produces an unsigned document for review; users must verify its accuracy and suitability for the actual shipment. A generated enquiry or summary is not a transport booking, customs declaration, permit, insurance certificate or completed driver application. Operational signatures and receipts have the effect provided by the governing law and agreement.

06Availability and external links

Links to external sources are provided for reference. Their content and availability may change. The site may be interrupted or updated, but applicable legal rights are not excluded by this statement. Do not rely on this site as an emergency communications system.

07Contract rights and revisions

The final applicable shipment agreement and mandatory law govern transportation rights and duties. Website revisions apply prospectively only where lawfully incorporated or accepted. This draft does not impose arbitration, a blanket release, an arbitrary liability cap or a retroactive amendment to existing contracts.
