What do I need for a freight quote?+

Have your pickup and delivery locations, commodity, total weight, dimensions, piece count and preferred dates ready. Include dock or liftgate requirements, temperature needs and any special handling instructions.

Can I request Canada–U.S. cross-border freight?+

Yes. Share the lane and shipment details for review. Customs documentation and the responsible customs broker should be coordinated before dispatch; transportation acceptance is confirmed separately.

What if I’m not sure which service I need?+

Select “Help me choose” in your request. Tell us what you are moving and how it is packed so the team can discuss suitable equipment and service options.

How do I prepare a bill of lading?+

Use the bill-of-lading builder to prepare a shipment document and download a PDF. Have the shipper, consignee, commodity and freight details ready. Creating the document does not book a shipment.

How can I get a shipment or delivery update?+

Contact dispatch with your load, BOL or customer reference. Sign in to the customer portal for shipment milestones and shared documents, or contact dispatch for an urgent update.
