01 / OUR STORY
HOWL Transportation Group Inc. is built to keep business moving. Connecting businesses across Canada and the United States is at the heart of our mission, with a commitment to safe transportation, clear communication, and dependable service.
We believe every shipment carries more than freight—it carries someone’s reputation. That’s why we approach every load with care, every partnership with respect, and every mile with purpose.
Behind a pickup appointment is a team that has prepared the order. Behind a delivery window is a business planning its next step. Between the two are drivers, dispatchers and customers who need accurate information and a workable plan. HOWL is being built around that connection: the understanding that a transport decision has an effect far beyond the truck.
Our ambition is to become a transportation name businesses return to because the relationship is clear, the expectations are understood and the people involved take responsibility for their part of the journey. Growth matters to us. So does how we earn it.
“Every shipment carries more than freight.
It carries someone’s reputation.”
02 / HOW WE WORK
Dependable transportation starts before a truck arrives. It starts with understanding the commodity, the route, the equipment and the conditions at both ends of the move. A precise shipment brief creates a stronger foundation for the decisions that follow.
Our approach is to agree on the service scope, identify who is responsible and keep the documentation aligned with the move. When a requirement needs a different equipment solution or a separately arranged service, those responsibilities should be confirmed before a booking is accepted.
Freight plans can change. Weather, access restrictions, border requirements and changing customer needs can affect a journey. Our operating principles put timely communication, responsible decisions and a practical response at the centre of that conversation.
Plan around the cargo, operating requirements, site conditions and the people doing the work.
Set expectations early, confirm important details and make changes visible to the right people.
Connect the shipment plan with the documents, handoffs and follow-up that support it.
03 / THE PEOPLE
Transportation is a people business. Equipment creates capacity; the people behind the wheel and behind the plan make that capacity useful. Respect for drivers, realistic expectations and a willingness to listen belong at the heart of a lasting transport company.
We welcome conversations with professional drivers and owner-operators who share that outlook. We want to build relationships with people who value safe work, clear communication and the care that customers expect when they trust a carrier with their freight.

04 / THE ROAD AHEAD
Our vision reaches across Canada and the United States. It includes the everyday commercial shipments that keep businesses stocked, recurring lanes that support production and more specialized road transport requirements that call for careful planning.
That vision also includes opportunities to support public institutions and government procurement partners. We believe those conversations should begin with a clear scope, supporting information and an honest assessment of the requirements of the opportunity.
We intend to expand thoughtfully as the business develops. U.S. domestic carriage remains a future expansion goal, subject to the necessary authority and operating readiness. For every lane and service, availability is confirmed before a commitment is made.
